8 commentsi have a black leather jacket (read: genuine leather) from zara that i got a few years ago. It’s still serving me well but the elbows are worn out (not in a good way) and missing quite a few pull tabs because they simply broke. I definitely don’t NEED new leather I’m older now and I need to upgrade.

this balenciaga perfecto that alexa wears around town. I’ve pretty much never seen another photo of this jacket that’s not on her. Weird huh? but rep that pebbled leather!!! I personally hate the belt that comes with the jackets but this one seems rigid enough that it’ll work

nikeID you make me cry
5 commentsa few weeks ago I was informed of the nylon x nike ID dunks that were available on the nike website. I contemplated hard over them because it was $150 and I wouldn’t even be getting free shipping. As a typical canadian online shopper I know all about the “not available” in canada situation and as a sympathizer of capitalism I GET WHY. The Nike website offered paypal check out and I said, okay! Let’s do this! the very next day because custom dunks are custom dunks. I’ll bite the dust and the tax and the shipping… as I went to check out, the website spat out at me that I won’t be available to order because of my canadian paypal account and basically, you can’t order from the website if you don’t have a US billing address…
and then tears spilled 
the only way for a US billing address to order is to call through the phone…. which is a pain in the ass and I have to tell them my nike ID tags over the phone. So the left one will be Hot the right one will be Sauce..okay okay…it’s so difficult to describe nike ID over the phone! I actually contemplated ordering over the phone but I thought about all the hoop jumping and I remember that I am a pretty loyal consumer and why should I do that? I even have the previous nike x nylon release
(btw these ones are the ones that I was going to get. Size 6 womens thanks)
I wasn’t going to blog about it and remind myself for years to come of the poor and unfortunate events that took place..but a new nike ID release just came out w/ Liberty of London and I’m just going to post some pics from the hypebeast website here and then I’ll leave quietly and feel grateful (I guess?) that I won’t be shedding too much money because of Nike.

perfect small black bag
1 commentwhen i go out with my boyfriend (HAHAHA i sound like a cool city girl when I say that but it’s really not the case) I dont’ like to bring bags…. and i end up making use of his jacket pockets. He’s too nice so he won’t complain but I know that he doesn’t enjoy carrying all my stuff.
I like the idea of clutch bags or pouches because it would mean that I will limit myself to minimal carrying. Also the bag itself won’t weigh me down.
AND another major plus is that smaller bags tend to cost less…right..right..right? *gasps for air* I found out that wasn’t the case a while ago. heh.
but still. If i’m gonna splurge on luxe items I want them to last a long time. So my lunch box and water bottle isn’t going in there for sure. Only the most essential will do! 
Here’s what I’m eyeing at, a lot of them are just dream pieces that I’ll never own. But maybe some day.
Another potential is the Balenciaga creased leather pouch for guys that my friend showed me. It’s actually pretty nice but maybe it is a bit man-ish looking huh?

+i really really really really really really wanna try this product
i’ve dyed my hair a lot when i was in my teens 
but after a long time of not dying my hair i’m eager to get back to it. I work in an office now so it’s basically impossible to do this but if i get to go away for a month on a trip or something i think i’d like to try it…
not even from reading the reviews just the sheer number of positive stars and thumbs ups i’ve seen for this product have been mostly positive. the price is extremely reasonable and the colors are are the sort of demure brights that i’ve been looking for. Because i have dark hair i bet it’d be difficult for the color to take but i’m still eager to try! just need a period of time that i won’t be judged for having blue or pink or purple hair.
i really want to try sky blue, aqua and teal

2 commentslately i’ve been slightly stressed with a few things in my life, stress caused by Canada Post not delivering my very important transcript to its location in time, 
the sudden downpour of rain, the credit card bills, general none-stop busy-ness of life and the fact that i haven’t finished a book in a while.
When I feel stressed I end up wanting to look at very expensive clothes and have self-induced closet envy from fashion bloggers~~ today i am reminded of pieces that I missed out on because they were just too expensive for me at the time. Even still most things that I lust after still are too expensive for me. But I have plenty of clothes to wear so it’s time to start saving for those pieces that i really really really want or splurging on a few when the time is right. One of those pieces was the Opening Ceremony x Chloë Sevigny leopard sweater that i missed out many seasons ago~ Why is it so perfect! Why is it the perfect shape, perfect amount of fluffiness? WHYWHYWHY

i just checked the Opening Ceremony website and it’s randomly there again, both the cardigan and the crew neck. the cardigan is sold out in my size but I can wear a medium in the crew neck. the price isn’t ridiculous but I can’t justify this purchase at the moment. Maybe someone else will buy it , wear it lovingly for me 
Wow I just made a whole speech about buying nice pieces that I like but when it comes down to it I just don’t make enough money to justify these kinda purchases right now.

perfect gladiator sandal

But I WANT THESE SO Doc Martens sandals BAD! (CLARISSA)
