The Ramen Girl C+
Brittany Murphy goes to Japan to be with her boyfriend, left abandoned she decides to become a ramen chef at a local shop. A lot of complaining ensues, cute, sort of. P.S. It’s not really a comedy.

It’s Paul Rudd and Co, can’t really dislike it, people said online that it was too much first world problems. Yeah, it is, but it’s the sort of humor that you could probably relax with
Jack Reacher B
Tom Cruise adapts Lee Child novel, first half, fairly boring, second half, quite good. Creep villain old man is super creepy. Main actress looked like she should have been on Law & Order SVU and not a big production movie.
Knocked Up B+
Fun late night watch, but got slightly depressing for me after for some reason, the sort of prequel to This is 40

Haha how do you find out about these peculiar movies like The Ramen Girl? Slightly going off topic but I almost forgot that Brittany Murphy isn’t even alive anymore. Sigh. So young, so sad. Now I feel crappy.
Wow I have never even heard of “This is 40″. Are they even showing it in theaters or is the movie going straight to DVD? The two actors in the cover are so photoshopped I couldn’t even recognize them until you mentioned it was Paul Rudd.
I liked Knocked Up. I don’t remember most of it since it’s been so long, but I remember liking it, and this quote: Hey, don’t let the door hit you in the vagina on the way out!
If this would happen in real life, you know the main character would get an abortion instead since she was going to get a big promotion or something on her job.
Also, I am so tired of Tom Cruise. I don’t know if I can watch him in another movie again.
IS that the movie she made right before she passed on? Unsettling.
